Booked a plumber to fit a new radiator between 12-5pm. Plumber text at 10.30am to ask if he could come early. I was at work in a meeting so didn't see the message until around 11.30, at which time I replied to say it was fine to come whenever. He messaged to say that he'd moved on to another job and to call the office. The office had no idea the plumber had cancelled his appointment with me, but I was assured the booking would be honoured by another plumber. It got to 3pm so I called to double check someone was still coming. I was assured they were. Guess what - they called at 4:30pm to say that actually no-one was coming. Poor service and unfortunately not recommended.
